Privacy Policy — Foxy’s Playground

Foxy’s Playground is a learning-games app made for children ages 2–8. We built it to be the simplest possible app from a privacy standpoint: it collects nothing.

What data we collect

None. Foxy’s Playground does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information or usage data — from children or adults.

Specifically, the app has:

• No user accounts or sign-in
• No advertising of any kind
• No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs
• No in-app purchases
• No social features or chat
• No camera, microphone, location, or contacts access
• No internet connection required — the app works fully offline and makes no network requests

Children’s privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)

Because Foxy’s Playground collects no data at all, no personal information from children is ever gathered, processed, or shared. The app complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the GDPR’s provisions for children, and Apple’s Kids Category guidelines.

Parental gate

Areas of the app intended for adults (the “For Grown-Ups” screen) are protected by a parental gate that young children cannot pass.

Changes to this policy

If a future update ever changes what the app does with data, we will update this policy and the “effective date” above before that update is released.
